A few years ago, our founder and mother of two, Jessica Herrin, had a vision to create a new kind of company that would help today's woman thrive. As a successful entrepreneur, who co-founded WeddingChannel.com (yes, you saw her on Oprah!), Jessica wanted to use her talents to help solve the modern woman's dilemma. In the 50's, raising a family was a woman's place. We wanted more. In the 80's, women were successful if they had power lunches and paychecks. We needed more to be fulfilled.  Today, we're supposed to balance both? It's time to think outside the cubicle and discover how that's possible.
